Will D AKA William Dégge, started out his career with Liquid Drum & Bass in 2004 after spending many hours listening to Dj’s playing all sorts of music and given the opportunity to buy his first set of decks he was hooked…

Not much longer after acquiring decks had he mastered Beatmatching & then realized what technology was available to the DJ world, so bought M-audio’s Torq DVS….

This opened up a whole new playing field with regards to what he could do in the mix and what music he wanted to mix. After acquiring Torq Will found himself falling more and more in love with Breakbeat, mainly Nuskool & Tearout style breaks due to having friends that produced break beat including A9ent 0ran9e, Dirty B & Blastique.

Not long after getting into Breakbeat was Will was recognized for his smooth transitions and taste in Breaks by many friends including Bruce Campbell (A9ent 0ran9e)…

This opened up a new door…

Playing for Phat Pilgrim for Dirty B & A9ent 0ran9e’s single launch parties and also in and around Canterbury including Allberrys, Bar 121 and many house party’s (well known by people in Canterbury that are in the know!)

As well as being a DJ, Will is training to be a Sound Engineer with the help of Matt Pearson and forms the other half of Universal Sound Systems, which is a small up and coming Pa hire company based in Canterbury www.usspro.com

Being part of the Torq forums has enabled Will to expand his knowledge of DJing along with getting to know a lot of Torq users who all share the passion to DJ. This has expanded once more with a new up and coming website designed and run by several Torq users including Will Dee for DJ’s to go and mix live sets online with Live Webcam feeds www.dvsdjtv.com where he DJ’s every Sunday between 5-6pm GMT.
